Manufacturing Excellence. Every Colorado Custom wheel starts from CMC-certified aluminum stock and is
precision-machined in-house at the Anaheim facility. U.S.-sourced billet aluminum is used to support consistent
material quality, strength, and finish. Wheel blanks are inspected before machining for dimensional accuracy and
material integrity.

Process & Craftsmanship. Wheels are CNC-machined to exact tolerances, with contours, spokes, and surfaces refined
by skilled technicians. Finishing can include hand brushing, polishing, powder coating, or Cerakote depending on the
customer's desired appearance and durability requirements.
Quality Assurance. Inspection points include dimensional verification with precision gauges, surface-finish checks,
and balance/structural-integrity testing.
